This is hard for me to rate because I needed a medium but got a large instead because there were no mediums available. I guess sizes may run slightly small because even though I got a size bigger it's not easy too big that I can't wear it. So the sizes are probably true to junior sizes. The "rough cut" was a little bigger than I expected, so it is a little off the shoulder. But overall I'm really happy with my purchase, it's comfortable fleece, and not too heavy, plus stylish. I used amazon prime 2 day shipping so it came right away, just in time for me to wear it for the weekend.
